What will I learn?
First Aid/Bandaging
CPR/AED training
How to take vitals: temperature, heart rate, respiration, blood pressure, oxygen levels
Trauma - "stop the bleed" training
Clothing requirement for safety: No open toe shoes, sandals, or flip flops. Must have shoes/boots. No tank tops. No holes in clothing.
